I personally used this and I feel that torrent speed is very good but otherwise it not so good
youtube speed not good
browsing speed also fluctuate
previously I used alliance I feel torrent speed is not great but youtube speed is very good
browsing speed also good, very stable connection
speed and service depend on you area .
my opinion every isp have some problem
you choose what you need torrent speed or browsing speed
