They are neither picking up my call nor replying on WhatsApp .There is no zero rating, otherwise I would have given that so giving one star only.poor plants.poor customer support .I have been buying online plants from other websites for the past 9 years n receiving lovely plant. PlantsLive products are so bad and so costly.I paid Rs. 3807 For such dead plants, Moreover , I had ordered 5 plants n they were supposed to give me one free gift also but they sent only 5 plants in very bad condition.Will never buy again from them .set of 2 fuchsia plants is priced at Rs 1499 .don't know which dead stalks are of these fuschia plant.They should rename their company as PlantsDead.com
Follow up
Thanks to mouthshut.com, PlantsLive has sent me 6 very old and sturdy plants after 16 days but I still don't know whether they have sent me the same plants which I had ordered.Only time will tell. Another point is, , that if I wasn't an aware buyer n had not written on mouthshut and posted an opening video, these people wouldn't have sent me the plants and my 3807 would have gone down the drain.Better buy from Plantsguru or ExoticFlora which send very sturdy and good plants via courier. India Post, through which PlantsLive is sending plants is snail mail. They should send through private courier companies.
