I use Phillips 1900 steam iron and it is not worth using because the flat bottom got rusted, something like rashes, and I am unable to iron my clothes properly. I get irritated trying to adjust and use it. Definitely this is difficult to get work done.
Within three months of regular use this product lost its capability. Hence this is not at all durable.
The style and design of the iron box is really good and is quite handy too.
I got this serviced soon and I got it back soon from the dealer where I bought it. So customer service and support was very good from Phillips.
