I have bought rocking chair from pepperfry(cost 18k)for my retired dad. I wanted to give him comfort. But chair which I got really pathetic. Usually on rocking chair you will sit it will inclined towards back side and you can just relax on it. Chair which I got, when you sit , it will inclined towards front direction. You will have sensation to fall down on Friday ont side. By seeing photo it's really tough to judge. I requested customer care on same day for exchange because it is not fulfilling my purpose.but pepprfy denied to excahnge it because it is not damaged . Really disappointed with peppryfry xostomer care. Service. I would say zero customer satisfaction in peppery. I request you guys think twice before you go for pepprfey
