I want to tell about my worst experience about paytm wallet . about 4 month ago used paytm wallet and and signup with and add a amount of 3000 Rs. and the amount debited from my bank account but not added in my paytm wallet till right now. and after that I tried to contact them their helpline no.9643979797. but every time computer ivr speak and drop the call automatically. and when I call at paytm merchant helpline no 7210972109 then agent said I cant help you because you called in merchant helpline. I tried every possible effort but my amount did not refund till right now.
it is a fake and very bullshit app and I suggest do not use this app .if you want to make online transaction use BHIM app and PHONE PAY. Its design and layout is very attractive but work is very bad.and if you want to send any amount they charge 4% interest from the customer.so it is very useless.
