Paytm is a good platform for online payments.it is easy to use and we can do all types of transactions with it.but the problem is created when its server is down or any network issue for online transaction .most of the time when I want to pay money to a shopkepper for a product or item the site becomes temporary crushed and it does not show anything nd sometimes when I want to do a prepaid recharge it takes me to the transaction page and the an error occured and the order shows in progress or waiting for operator confirmation even if the transaction is not done.
