I've purchased many items from PayTm.Recharge and much more, I have received almost all excellent service. When I had any problem, PayTm Customer Service, via email and live person on phone, resolved my concerns quickly and in a caring manner. Perhaps it helped that I acted respectfully to the PayTm Customer Reps as I began describing any problem I had.
