INR 31585 was due on 7 jan. I paid full amount on 6 jan 23 at 7.37 PM. Paytm app is still showing amount due. I raised a help & support ticket on Paytm app on 9 jan. Today is 30 jan and paytm is still not able to resolve issue. No way to connect to paytm postpaid team. I am getting daily 2-3 calls from Aditya birla finance for payment finance, absolutely unnecessary and irritating.
