Poorest Customer Service in the World
My ticket no. was 101766587. For which Paytm promised to get back within 8 hrs but it has been 8 days now and no reply from Paytm. They are not replying properly to me for this offer -http: // http://www.paytm.com/blog/paytm-uber-cool-offer/ I recharged for more than Rs. 500 for availing this offer but I have not received any code reg. the same, neither Paytm is getting back to me reg. the same.
