This is first digital india payment app but this software needs to solve problems like the customer care. You will never be able to connect to the customer care agents. You may need to send mail and they will revert as per their preference, they can revert you within 24 hours also and they can revert you within a weak also. No matter how big blunder is being happened with your account. This is the very big problem they need to solve as soon as possible. Because I have also faced the same problem many times my payment is being deducted from the account it has not sent in the bank in which I have transferred, also once I have done a recharge my payment is deducted from credit card and recharge is not done and it was not sent back to my card also and not in paytm wallet till 7 days. And they said that you will get back your amount in the wallet within 24 to 48 hours however it was not happened. The conceptof this app is very good but the problems made them typical. Layout is also ok and features are ok and day by day they are adding the new features but instead of increasing features they firstly need to focus on the problems to solve for. This app is really usefull but the point is same the problem. Now I am scared to use because of the mytrsy happened with me.
