PayPal is very good services for outside India Money Transfer Services. This is very helpful services for Indian People. Unfortunately, PayPal customer care not working for customer complaints. I forget my Paypal password. I requested to reset password option. But my password not reset, due to my mobile number changed. As per this issue, I contacted paypal through email and phone number. They did not respond my issue.


Finally, PayPal is very good, But customer care services are very bad in India.
