Would like to tell to our readers that I do not cook but I can eat.I will tell you about its smell, color and taste.
Smell: Smell of Patanjali Desi ghee is really very strong and yes good too. It’s smells fresh, and it is better than other packed ghee.
Taste: I was using normal desi ghee ( from a local shop which is 50 rupees cheaper) before it, and I did not notice any change in taste. Yes, one thing which I would like to tell to our readers that it remains less liquid as compared to other non-packed ghee.
It is more yellow in color as compared to other desi ghee.
