The Product is amazing – boils up liquids within seconds, has an automatic cut off so no need to worry about spillage. As far as product description goes, company should’ve mentioned that it has a flat internal base which is good for making maggi, soup, boil eggs & rice, maggi pasta, etc. I have made these mentioned food items myself, hence, not making it up. If you want power not to cut off automatically while boiling eggs for example, keep lid open & keep stirring with spoon or keep wooden spoon on the top of open lid area to avoid spillage. If the bottom internal plate gets burnt during cooking food – fill it half with water & keep it overnight – scrub gently with vim, etc to remove the blackened burn marks. Do not scratch with scrub like a maniac-as that might damage the heating plate within. Follow safety instructions mentioned in booklet provided in case of water spillage on base or power supplies, etc.
