I purchased oppo smart phone three months back(In a oppo showroom in Jayanagar).
I am facing the following issues.
Whoever calls my mobile, they complain that my mobile is switched off eventough mobile is switched on. This is causing serious issues in dealing my official duty. I never get incoming call unless I restart the mobile.
Intermittently, outgoing is not allowed. If I restart the mobile, I could make calls.
Whatsapp messages ==> I don't get whatsapp message notification unless I open/invoke whatsapp.
They simply can't fix the phone and they just pass the blame on network(airtel/vodafone etc..).
I spoke to several oppo customer and they all had same complaint.
Never purchase this phone from oppo.I visited 5 times and they cannot fix it.
