Hi friends I would like to share my experience with Ola Cabs I have been using ola since long time now like maybe around like to 2 to3 years, initially when Lola was launched they were providing very good service but then by the time now the customer service has become very bad when you book for an order the ola cab drivers they have right to cancel the drive without informing you. Before about week at evening time around 7 P.M I booked an order for XUV and the driver cancel the drive without domain informing me I was waiting for him to come later on I found that the drivers cancelled without any reason it was really very urgent for me to reach and I was depending on ola and I didn't arrange any other thing I book the order once again and driver cancelled same this happen twice I have to go by train I tried contacting ola customer service to inform them the thing which is happening but then there was no go I was not able to reach them so Zafar this is my personal experience it was a real bad experience.
