nykaa is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I am extremely disappointed with the performance of the Nykaa app. I placed an order over 10 days ago, but the items have still not been delivered. The delivery date has been changed four times without any proper explanation, and there has been no clear communication or support from customer service. Such repeated delays and lack of accountability are highly frustrating and unacceptable from a reputed company. The overall experience has been very unsatisfactory, and I would not recommend this app to others based on my experience.
