Nokia lumia 730 is now outdated device as there are no feature update or no software update and nor will come as nokia company has been stopped u wont get any latest apps or update for the old apps even my instagram in lumia is so old that it doesnt have feature of instagram direct or instagram stories and also there very less service centres left, once I broke back of lumia but till date I havent found new back for my lumia so rater than buying this windows 8.0 you should try buying a latest android( 4g) in same price which would be very very better
