nobroker is working closely with MouthShut.com to enhance customer satisfaction.
I bought money back plan from nobroker after paying 20000 for moneyback plan with validity of 3 months.
There is not even a single customer visit happened in 90 days and hence I should get refund of entire 20000/- as its complete cheating of around 6k. They know anyways they will get 6k hence whether customer visits happens or not doesnt really matter.
Its customer at loss from both side. They dont have any loss hence my entire amount should be refunded
