I would start with the positives. The music of A R Rahman was soothing. The charming Hrithik roshan and his real looking acting and the beautiful cinematography. It was all good. You can watch this movie for these things.
What I din't like in the movie was, this was a Ashutosh Gowarikar film and even the idea of Mohan Jodaro was really nice but it could have been a far better plot what it had. It was just a normal script with nothing X factor about it. The lead actress just had the beauty without any sign of acting. The villains character was very bad written. The ending was like Hritick is a god. And there was no sign of any Mohan Jodaro and ancient feel in the film.
Even than I would say You can watch it ones and if you are a Hritick fan you will love it.
