I booked a cab for Delhi airport drop on 6:30 am, 18th Mar 2014. When I called Meru cabs at 6:20am, I got a reply that I was sent a message that my cab is delayed and will reach now at 6:50 am (though I also haven't received any message either on phone or email about the delay).
Finally, I decide not to wait for the cab and take an alternative. At about 7:30a I got another call from Meru exactly when I started boarding my flight that my cab is waiting outside. Thank God! I didn't wait for them and took an alternative. How can someone delay the airport drop by 1 hour and that too without informing?
