My friend wants to change his room from pimpri to pune, therefore he packed all his luggage and book a Meru Cab we call to the Meru cab driver he said that he would come within 15 minutes to our pick up point, he did not reach in 30 minutes.
So I called him driver said that due to the traffic problem it take some time to reach their. I wait for another 15 minutes and driver called me and said where are you ? I said that come to ESI hospital in PCMC PUNE driver said that he dont know this esi hospital so I will ask someone and come there , now its around one hour I was waiting for cab , cab was not come , it was totally disappointing , I laps one hour , if driver told me that he don't know the address and I am not comfortable to came their so that we look for another driver or another cab , its totally laps of time and totally dsappointing service from meru cab.
