I took a cab from New Delhi Airport to east of Kailash on 26th Nov. (Cab no- DL1RY2922). After I reached the destination, the fare amounted to Rs. 548. I asked the driver to charge me via my debit card. He tried a couple of times, but there was not response. So I had to pay him in cash.
Later on I got a messege from my bank that the online transaction had been completed. So I informed Meru cabs that there had been a case of dual payment. They checked their records and agreed. A mail was sent to me asking for payment/journey details. Till now there has been no refund. The entire process has left a bitter after taste.
