The McDonald's restaurant at KR Puram is totally unhygienic. The service and discipline of staff in this place is bad.
Ambience is bad. Its just become like KSRTC bus stand. No proper maintenance by the staff and admin.
Customer service is very bad. They are arrogant and non attentive. I had a very bad experience at this restaurant,
The management has to take responsibility to improve this place. This place also dont serve the complete menu
most of the items are not available. I had ordered ice tea it was not there so I ordered mac swirl ice cream even
that was not there.
