I am a regular readre of Mouth Shut.Com and it has helped me to take decisions in purchasing many items. I own a TATA Indica which is a 2004 model.
Contrary to many report in Mouth Shut .Com, it was very good vehicle and did not attacked my purse a lot. Since, the same has completed 5 years, I and my family have decided to upgrade the vehicle. We are 6 member family(My mother, Myself, wife and 3 grown up children). We were watching regularly Mouth Sht.Com for taking a prompt decision. Accordingly we have short listed 4 vehicles.
- Lienea
2.Innova.
3, Scorpio
- Xylo
Accordingly proceed with test drives & my observations are given below:-
Lienea: PRONS:Excellent body shape. A beautiful car. Comfortable sitting & good interiors. CONS: Initial pick-up is less. Since my family has 6 persons, this car cannot accommodate all at a time. Hence did not proceeded further.
Innova: The new model Innova look is better. Old model was very odd. Good driving comfort. First & Middle row sitting are good. But back row sitting is not that much attractive for grown up. Exorbitant price when compared to the comforts given. You have to shell out almost 12 Lakhs rupees. I am not that much fool to invest that much rupees to a when other options are available. So dropped
Scorpio: Excellent vehicle with MACHO look. Good driving comfort. Front row sitting is very comfortable. But bak 2 row sitting are not that much comfortable. Mileage is also less when compared to Innova. Hence dropped.
Finally, I have decided to purchase XYLO – E8 with ABS. An excellent vehicle with all facilities available with Innova (much more than that) at a price 3 lakhs below that of Innova, Excellent pick- up and controls. Purchased 10 days back & I have traveled about 1200 Kms so far. So far no problem, You can control this vehicle better than that of an Alto with Power Steering. In city & High way its performance is extra ordinary. I am happy so far and strongly recommend this vehicle. Do not trust absurd comments by certain people who never intent to buy this or any vehicle. Trust only the comments from actual users.
