Extremely Unprofessional, False Commitments & Mental Harassment Please Avoid
I had a very bad experience with this movers and packers company and strongly advise others to be extremely careful.
At the time of booking, the owner clearly committed to a total price of ₹;12, 500, inclusive of all services(loading, unloading, and no taxes). This was repeatedly confirmed during negotiation.
However, on the day of shifting, everything went wrong:
The loading process was extremely slow and unprofessional, wasting a lot of time.
After leaving our Gurgaon residence, the truck driver realised there was no CNG in the vehicle and wasted nearly 1 hour at a CNG station.
Due to this delay, Delhi no-entry timings started, and the truck was stuck on the road.
Neither the driver nor the owner initially bothered to inform us. Calls went unanswered.
Later, the owner suddenly sent us a bill of ₹;20, 992 and refused to move the truck unless full payment was made, clearly contradicting the agreed price. This felt like blackmail, as our household goods were already loaded and we had no option but to pay.
Even after full payment, the nightmare continued:
The truck still did not move.
The owner kept giving numbers of other people, saying permission is being arranged.
I made more than 50 calls to the driver and ownermost went unanswered.
The truck finally moved around 10 PM, while my family and I were forced to wait on the road in winter(16th January).
To make matters worse:
Cash kept in our home mandir went missing, and we strongly suspect one of their staff.
They charged ₹;2, 300 for cartons, promising to collect them later, but even after 10 days and multiple reminders, they have stopped responding.
They have not provided the GST bill, despite repeated follow-ups, making it impossible for us to claim expenses.
When I informed them that I would post a review, their response was: Do whatever you want.
I am writing this to genuinely warn others. Please do not fall for verbal promises. Everything changes once your goods are loaded. I expect they may label this as a fake review, but every word written here is based on my real experience.
My sincere request: Please avoid this company and save yourself unnecessary stress, financial loss, and harassment.
