So the only constant in my life is Maggi noodles.
Why?
Well, do I need to answer?
Its been 25 years and the terrific taste is still fresh and out of the world. Be it whatever time of the day when I am hungry I can make it in 5 minutes.
Yes, the developers are right its a two minute noodle. Not in cooking but in eating. And whenever I finish it I make sure I lick the plate in the end and clean it. Either you make it dry or you make it soupy, you always end up loving it.
But not many people know how to make proper maggi by utilising all the masala in packet. Most of the masala evaporates as steam when they immerse the maggi completely in water and thats where they destroy the taste.
