Luminous servicing support in my area(Indranagar, Bangalore) is very frustrating. I have registered my complaint asking for servicing of the UPS on 16th May. It is 22nd May today and still no technician has yet attended the issue. Whenever I call, they keep saying that I will call you today and reach you place, but neither the call nor the technician comes. I have been following up regularly, lets see how many more days they take to send the technician.
Only a good product is not enough, a good brand must also provide a good support. This is missing with Luminous.
It is very irresponsible of the Luminous group and I will make sure that going forward I keep other people aware of this issue.
