A very bad place to work. There is no job security at all. **People are fired without any notice**. They are not given any reasons and they are fired without any notice at all. They are just called and told that they have been fired. **Everyone is very insecure and almost everyone is looking for a chance to leave this place**. Management decisions are taken by one or two people without consulting anyone. It is like a dictatorship. Standard reason for firing people is lack of performance.
*Salaries are very low compared to the market**. Average salary is 20-30% of market value with same experience. No increments have been given for past few years. Bonuses are promised as part of salary but the bonuses are never paid. Standard reasons given is company is making loses. Few people have got salary hike by threatening to leave.
*Company is run like a one man show**. HR department is powerless and can take no decision. All decisions are taken by COO and MD. No one else has any power to take decisions. There are no team activities or extra curricular activities at all. **Managers frequently shout and abuse employees verbally in front of everyone**. Overall it is a very bad work environment and the compensation is really horrible.
If you want to ruin your career you should join this place*. If not stay far away. Everyone is regretting joining this place.
