Very large structure compared to other hospitals but very poor customer satisfaction. If you have any emergency cases please dont go there. According to my friends experience who stays in angamaly, they kept a patient in the ventilator for days without providing any improvement in the patients condition. When the relatives of the patient decided to change the patient to another hospital, the management resisted to change patient saying that he will not survive a go to another hospital. At last the relatives forcefully taken the patient to another hospital which he was rescued from his situation after days.
Also it is known that most of the times their equipments are in a position of getting repaired. Is this how a hospital keeps up its reputation?
