I am a consumer who consume lipton tea since many years because I find it good for my health. As we all know it burn fat in less time. It's taste is not that much good but the effects are very good. Good for body as well as heart. Consuming this will burn the extra calories in the body and person will stay health for long time. Habbit of consuming green tea is better than consuming normal tea. I suggest if you want to fit and health than you can have 1 cup in the morning and 1 cup in evening. I Suggest everyone to try it once it is very useful
