For justice 990124xxxx !!! Lifestyle Holidays accepted my payment of Rs 215, 938, assuring me of above three-star hotel accommodations for seven nights and eight days each year for five years, along with a complimentary three-night, four-day trip. After six months of persistent requests, they finally arranged a trip to Lakshadweep from March 3 to March 6, 2024. However, we were informed that we needed to pay an additional Rs 36, 500 due to peak season, which we did.
Upon arrival, we were placed in a substandard hotel with less than one-star quality, where the food and cleanliness were unacceptable. For our upcoming tour to Meghalaya and Assam from October 6 to October 13, 2024, they provided above three-star rated accommodations for only four days. They did not secure hotels for the remaining days and promised to compensate us with Rs 15, 000 instead, but we have yet to receive that amount, nor did they cover the hotel expenses for the three days.
Since October 23, 2024, Lifestyle Holidays’ MD, Syed Altaf, and staff member Heena have not refunded my money. Before I joined, they assured us that they would handle all the arrangements for our holidays, but they have failed to deliver on both trips. Despite paying three months in advance and sending multiple emails, they didn’t book hotels until just three days prior.
The MD has repeatedly lied about the bookings, and he doesn’t answer calls. Even after numerous requests, he continues to be untruthful. Lifestyle Holidays has not provided proper bookings, despite their promise during enrollment to include complimentary breakfast and dinner. They claimed we would be accommodated in hotels like Taj, Vivanta, Blue Radisson, Red Radisson, Sarovar, and Pride. However, after payment, they have only provided hotels rated three stars during our trips. Lifestyle Holidays has provided poor service, particularly regarding hotel bookings and overall planning. They do not respond to calls and have failed to fulfill their commitments to date. I kindly request a refund of my Rs 149, 938.
Due to service defaults in two trips and their failure to fulfill commitments, I am requesting the cancellation of my membership and a refund of my Rs 149, 938.
