I am a customer of Kotak Mahindra bank from previous 4 years, I have good experience with this bank. initially It was my salary account then after leaving job it convert into general saving account, it was good experience in both conditions. Kotak bank provide 6% PA interest rate which is good and enough higher then other banks.
The Phone banking service is good they provide active customer service. The internet banking service is very good, I use the android App and it is really user friendly and very fast, I thing it is the best part of Kotak Mahindra bank such a good app. There is a draw back also i.e. availability of ATM and bank branches is very low, But with the app so far I have not had any problems. thanks.
