I have been mailed you so many times to take your full actual payment you don’t reply and today its too much you called my family and harassing them what the hell is kotak mahindra fool you guys are and let me tell you, once I receive the name and address of that person who called my mother and abuse her i will sue him i will make sure that this is last mistake he has made. First of all you are not ready to settle the amount i mailed you every time even in pandemic situation i was continuously mailing you every month without any failure.
If you wanna take your actual amount then take otherwise do whatever you want to and don’t dare to call my family
and hire educated people in your bank, why kotak mahindra is hiring illiterate people who even don’t know how to talk, how to tackle the client. I am attaching some attachment for your refrence. Just see that and open you eyes
At last i am telling if somebody dare to abuse my family i ll sue them i swear i will file FIR against you.
I Dont know some time Anurag called sometime any other person and all were saying ‘mam make this payment that payment and next month you have to pay actual amount i said ok , again next month somebody else called and say me same thing’ and says now your case is with us every month you guys are doing like this, you dont have any credit card representatives in the banks who can help us, and see this screen shots and take your actual payment this is my last mail to kotak mahindra otherwise if next month somebody comes or say something i ll take legal action not you and i am mentioning some numbers just take legal action against them otherwise i will do that!!
