An entirely different experience for those who have been sick with the existing operators. Personalise service, good ambiance and decent food coupled with good looking air-hostesses (!!!)makes it a class apart. One additional plus is the good service by the ground staff - from baggage service to check-in services. The only thing which I didn't like was the repeated program running on video. Please change the program feed more often and also extend the overall recorded program time so that the passengers on long haul flights (Delhi - Bangalore types) don't feel the repetition.
The airline has definitely set the bar high not only for others but also for itself. Now the bigger challenge will be to keep it up as the expectations from fliers will be that much higher. Keep up the good work Dr. Mallya and team. We hope to see you gain marketshare in the airline industry and become a leader as you are in all your other businesses.
