Kiingfisher Airlines redefines the aviation in the Indian skies. They have introduced a whole lot of comfort in airr travel. The in-flight entertainment which is a first for the Indian traveller has brought a change in the mindset of the Indian Traveller, who till now linked comfort and luxury to high cost. Kingfisher by their competitive pricing have been able to pull a lot of train travellers to its fold and also impacted their experience. Even the regular air travellers realize the value in travelling by Kingfisher Airlines. Apart from the luxury and comfort, the other points worth mentioning is the airline's endeavor on punctuality. I one of my experiences, Vijay Mallaya himself came onboard a Mumbai-Delhi flight to apologize for th delay in the flight, which he attributed to some snag in his own systems. I believe that it takes a lot to do such a thing and these instances reflect the customer orientattion of the organization. And if the chairman has such an attitude it is like to flow down to the employees and it really shows in the in-flight attendants. Their courtsey and helping attitude can easily be made out from the smiles they carry. In all my experience with Kingfisher Airlines has been great and has made me move my preference from airlines to Kingfisher.
