I purchased this product because this was the only Under the sink model. After 2 years of struggle with multiple complaints, including a discontinued Service center placing spurious products(Kent does not bother informing customers when they discontinue their service centers), I decided to get a full service.
All fiters and tank were replaced and the service agent promised at least 6 months of trouble free service. And here I am wrting this review in less than 2 months, the system has completely stopped functioning. I have to buy water anyway. If you are thinking of buying this porduct, I would highly recommend reading all reviews and stay away from it.
If Kent spent more money on its product quality and customer service than advertisements, it would be able to stand up to competition and last in the long term.
