My mother had one of the worst experiences, by travelling in this so called, semi sleeper non a/c bus both TO & FRO, especially a worst experience while returning to Bangalore.
1) A cleaner without having Driving License is driving a BUS to Bangalore.
2) The Overall travel time from THALAYOLAPARAMBU to BLR is 13 Hrs. It took approx 18 Hrs to reach Madiwala stop.
3) The driver did not even know the route to come out of Kerala itself. Wherein, one of the passengers had to guide him.
4) When you go and check in the travels counter in Madiwala, there is no one to even respond to your complaint. Quite disgusting, that even at 11 AM in the morning on a Saturday, there is no one at the counter.
5) From Bangalore to my native, timing was not maintained & people were asked to move to a sleeper bus after reaching Alleppey, just because the strength was less.
THERE IS NO VALUE FOR A PERSON'S LIFE IN INDIA. THESE NEGLIGENCE BY THIS TRAVELS CLEARLY GIVES A HEADS UP TO THE REST OF MY FELLOW INDIANS, NEVER TO BOARD THIS TRAVELS- NON A/C SEMI SLEEPER BUS.
