Dear sir,
My name is Shekhar Dey. I retired as Chief Engineer of DDA. During my tenure in DDA I have used numerous numbers of Kajaria tiles. Last week I purchased white floor tiles 30 cm X 30 cm from M/s JAGDAMBA TRADERS WZ 306-308 Nangal Raya Jail Road New Delhi -110046. To my surprise I found the tile not perfect square( badgunia). I mean two diagonals not equal. I spoilt my Bath room and kitchen because joints are varying between 1mm to 4 mm. Were they 2nd class tiles or there is some mischief.Some Vivek visited my house. I showed him some tiles. He was convinced. He promised to get back.but never came.
