I am using jio from last 6 months and I downloaded jio money app in april to recharge my prime member plan and the summer plan. But the strange thing was that I was not able to login in my jiomoney account. My account was successfully created but was not able to login in ghe account. It shows error. I install the jiomoney app 3 times after uninstalling but the same problem I faced again and again. I am using redmi 3s mobile. First I was thinking that could happen due to a lot of customer were trying to login in the jio money but after 15 days the problem was same. Error while login in the jiomomey. I request for a complaint but no response came from jio.
