I have bought a camera recently on this shopping website. I thought it would be a great one. To my surprise, everything was okay for two months. Then, it started giving trouble. So I have contacted customer care. But there was no use. A few things often vex me are:
They have given spurious products for most of the times. 'Cause of which I had stopped buying on this shopping website.
There were no reduction at all in price. Even if they had given discounts, it would be a cheap quality product.
Only a few cities PIN codes are eligible for the shipments. But I was living a small town, so I couldn't get the product to where I wanted.
The customer service wasn't to the expectations. They were trying to make me adjusted by warranty. But, if the product is completely a spurious one, who doesn't want that to be returned.
The delivery time couldn't be a shorter period. I had to wait for days.
So I wouldn't love to recommend this shopping website to anyone who is searching for a good shopping website.
