This book of Ram Guha is very well written in order and each event in the book is described without bias. The language used in this book is very simple and it strikes the vivid imagination of the reader There is no false information provided and it keeps the reader engaged. It is very well researched.
A large part of this book explains the history of India after Independence and the struggles which our country faced.
It is the best book for any one who just wants to know about the democratic India or is a student of any discipline or an aspirant of competitive exams.
