Understand the problem of employees of a company and their handling of customer complaints. But this time it was too much. At first I was informed by Customer care at Snap Deal to not to refer actual seller while making call at IFB which I made on 13-06-2014. I followed the same and good thing was attendant at IFB dint ask me the suppliers name. That was ok as my concern was for installation only. Further I dint pressurize them for early installation and ask them to come at their convenience. AC was installed next day on 14-06-2014. This was my first AC so I was happy with cooling. Next day when I saw the installation from outside it was a horrible experience. All the wires were left open without clamping. I was interested to review this product but unfortunately I am reviewing about poor installation. I was not aware that free installation means poor and dangerous installation. Followed up regularly since then. If anything happens to anyone who will be held responsible?
