Since the jio network came in our life we have completely known that what a customer matters for a company because before the jio I was so frustrated of this idea company it always used to deducts the balance from my account without any information and when I asked to the the customer to return my balance so he refused and I told him that I wil change service provider so he said that do whatever you want to do and he just declined the phone without asking me that I was satisfied his question or not so it shows that they do not care about their customers
