I don't know why people are using this network. My father was is using this network. This network chargers less but it's not a good network even in urban area it's is worst my house is Bangalore even in some parts of Bangalore it's signal is worst. Internet connection is slow compared to other Mobile network operator. Even live streaming loads slow . And all the it will be buffering and in some times network gets lost. Even voice quality is not up to the mark.
Customer service is not up to mark even complaint is registered it takes time to get reply from them
It charges so less but it's not good network it can be improved by proper attention and putting new towers in rural palces
