I purchased a post paid CUG connection 12 days back and it is not activated, customer care says milestone guy has to activate it and milestone (My idea Hinjewadi) says it will get updated automatically.. what rubbish..
do they not want customers? and by the ways they call me a privilege customer.. Idea as organization/company is excellent but their service providers (outlets) are just like government offices.
