I am sharing my bad experience with idea
My mobile no 88017* 9.
Which was basically I took from aircel but it was very bad in the manner of it's network.
As I live in Hyderabad city the network was best in city but usually I need to travel many place I faced lots of problems with aircel network.
So I decided to change my network with same number in I m a doctor and don't need to call but I received lots of call per day and also I need internet so I found the best plan in idea which was 299 so I port my number to idea.
It was really amazing experience with idea I never face bad network problems or wrong charges.
I was very happy with my idea post paid connection.
But in January I received a call from idea for upgrading plan
Which I clearly denied as was happy with my existing plan.
But some one from call center changed my plan.
For next month I was changed for new plan.
I called on help line raised as sr.
But no one called me for reply.
I did not pay for same month. And my services got disconnected.
I received a call to pay the amount I informed the same ask to start my original plan executive denied said that plan is no more.
After 2 months when my services got disconnected I received a post letter of court for amount of 3 months bill.
Unnecessarily I need to pay the amount.
It was really ambarassed.
I lost my no also.
Very bad experience with Idea.
