Hey guys. I am not an idea user, but then there was a time I was thinking to be a part of idea family. Then my brother was already a part of it and he suggested me not to be a part of it. Reasons are
Network: the network is average at the begining, but it goes down day by day when the customer will older.
Package: the packages are average but be careful when you choose your package, because most of the time they will shortly inform you about the package and when you recharge it. it will have so many limitations and your pack won't work like what you wanted to be.
Customer service: when you compaint about your problems they won't listen it carefully and won't suggest anything that will help you out.
Netpacks: I think now we have so many options to switch our no, so sir idea.why are you raising up your value. Have you really any idea? I din't think so. Actually idea don't have any idea. So no idea .then also don't go for idea please.
