Here I am talking about idea mobile operator , one of the worst and costly network I have ever used. When I came to Maharashtra.
I thought to change the sim and bought an idea sim due to its good network coverage but my experience with idea was really bad because I found that network coverage was not good , if you are thinking that you will get good internet speed then forget it.
I recharged a 3G internet pack but still it gave me 2G Internet speed. It is not providing good internet speed , it is costly , customer service is not good , why a person would choose idea mobile network operator. Sometime you will find that your balance is reduced and when you ask to customer care they will a service named so and so is activated on your number and when you will aay they you didn't activated this service and you wamt to discontinue the service so they will say ok sir but we are unable to refund your balance, . I won't suggest anyone to use idea mobile network operator
