I brought this printer approximately two year before. In starting during the warranty session I never face any problem in printing documents. But after that the problem start growing. Firstly there was some of the extra lines on paper with every printout shows up. I replaced the drum. The extra lines gone but the quality or print degrade. That quality never come back. I suggest if you replace any part firstly order that original part from hp website then use it, never go for local spare parts.
