http://www.hotmail.com is the first ever free e-mail providing service on internet. it has been launched by the jient dotcom company, i.e. msn.com. it has got a very high responce in the early days after it is launched.
now more than 30 crores of people are using the hotmail service.
am using this service for more than two years but not yet satisfyed about their services.
every day I receive many spam e-mails though I had customised the spam-gaurd option for my account.
i am bored of those e-mails and now turned to the another better services.
the another drawback of this service is that the provides only 2 mb space for the e-mail users. it is too small for me.
the other services like photo album and briefcase are ok.
i doesnt like it much, but I cant leave cause it provided me its my first e-mail account.
